AI Studio credits are digital goods that we pay for in advance to third-party AI providers. Because of this, **all credit purchases are final and AI credits are not refundable**. Please read this page before you buy. You are asked to confirm that you accept it each time you place a credit order.

AI credits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

## 1. No refunds on credits

- Once an order is placed and paid, we cannot refund the money, cancel the purchase or exchange the credits for cash, a different pack or any other product.
- This applies to unused and partly used credits, to credits that you no longer need, and to credits left on an account that is closed, suspended or inactive.
- Credits have no cash value, are not a bank deposit or stored-value account, cannot be transferred or sold to another person, and cannot be withdrawn.
- Choosing the wrong pack, changing your mind, or not liking an AI result is not a reason for a refund.

## 2. Before you buy

- Start with the smallest pack, or a draft quality setting, to learn how credits are used.
- The cost of every creation is shown before you press the button.
- You can cancel an order at no cost while it is still waiting for your payment. After you have paid, it cannot be cancelled.
- The rupee price you see is locked until the time on your order. After that, place a new order at the current price.

## 3. When a creation fails

This is not a refund of money. If a creation cannot be completed because of a technical problem on our side or the AI provider's side, or the provider rejects it, the credits held for that creation are put back on your balance automatically so that you can try again. Results that are completed but do not match what you imagined are still charged.

## 4. Payment mistakes

If you paid but credits did not arrive, or you paid twice for the same order, message us on WhatsApp within 7 days with your payment slip and order reference. We will check and add the credits you paid for. Where a payment was not matched to an order, we will fix the order rather than return the money.

## 5. Expiry

Credits you have bought do not expire while your account remains in good standing. If we change or close the AI Studio, we will give notice and a reasonable time to use remaining credits.

## 6. Suspended and closed accounts

If we suspend or close your account because you broke the [Terms & Conditions](https://antclub.lk/terms-and-conditions) or the [Acceptable Use Policy](https://antclub.lk/acceptable-use), your remaining credits are forfeited. If you close your own account, remaining credits are lost and are not refunded.

## 7. Your legal rights

This policy does not take away any right you have under the laws of Sri Lanka that cannot be excluded by agreement. If you believe something went wrong with your purchase, please contact us first so we can put it right.
